The Village of Sugar Bush Knolls is in Portage County in northeast Ohio, north of Kent and south of Streetsboro. It has nine streets, two lakes, 83 private residences, and 177 residents (according to the 2010 US census). The Village has 2.6 miles of pavement comprising eight thoroughfares (plus Route 43), and two small lakes separated by a dam. Zoning is all R-1 single family residential.
Houses in the Village of Sugar Bush Knolls are located on nine streets between State Route 43 and Ferguson Rd. The speed limit in the Village is 25 mph. The Village is bounded by Rt. 43 to the east, Ferguson Rd. to the west, the City of Streetsboro to the north, and by Franklin Township to the south.
